T.R.I Thursday!

T.R.I THURSDAY! is new Rock School for Adults who would like the opportunity to play in regular jam sessions with other likeminded folk. While it’s great to play along to your favourite songs at home, it is much more fun and rewarding to play those songs in a full band! By this simple act, your playing skills will develop, confidence will grow and you’ll feel part of what can only be described as an exhilarating experience. Every song you learn will have purpose and meaning.

Led by experienced tutors in Vocals, Guitar, Bass, Drums and Keyboards, each session will give students the opportunity to learn individual parts to a song and then perform the song in a live band setting at the end of the session.

The tutor hands you the parts to play, runs through them at your pace and everyone gets the opportunity to just jam along and have fun in the process.

Thursdays 7.30 – 9pm at Ravensbourne School, Hayes Ln, Bromley BR2 9EH.

Term dates: 5 October  – 14 December 2017. Half term is from 23-27 October.

GUITARISTS: Must be able to read basic GUITAR TAB and be able to play basic open chords (such as A, D, E, G, C, F, Am, Em, Dm) and change fluently between chords.

BASS GUITARISTS: Must be able to read basic TAB and follow Chord Charts.

KEYBOARD PLAYERS: Able to read basic notation and/or follow chord charts.
